What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for Direct to Film, a modern printing process that allows you to print any design—no matter the color or complexity—onto a special film. That film is then transferred onto garments like cotton, polyester, blends, or linen using a heat press. The result? Vibrant, long-lasting designs in just 15 seconds.
What is the minimum order quantity?
No minimums! Whether you need just 1 print or 100,000, we’re ready to handle it. Order as little or as much as you like, whenever you need it.
What kind of press do I need?
You can use anything from a basic home iron to a professional heat press. For best results, a flat heat press is recommended, but we’ve seen great outcomes across a wide range of tools.
How durable are the transfers in the wash?
Our transfers are rigorously tested and proven to last 60–70 washes without fading or cracking. In fact, we’ve seen prints outlive the garment itself after years of regular wear.
How fast will my order ship?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Need it even faster? Ask us about our Overnight Shipping options.
What file format should my artwork be in?
For best print quality, please upload artwork in vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). We also accept high-resolution raster files (minimum 300 DPI).
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
What’s your refund or reprint policy?
We stand by the quality of our transfers. If there's an issue with print quality or adhesion, contact us within 15 days, and we’ll offer a free reprint. Note: We cannot reprint low-resolution or poor-quality artwork files unless the issue is on our end.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?
We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.
My order is still not here please help?
If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
